Prestige Employee Administrators needed enrollment software that let employees confidently choose their own Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental Health plans — reviewing full plan details on their own, without calling HR for every question.
What I owned
I led design across the full process: wireframes, UI/UX design, and prototyping the end-to-end enrollment flow.
How I got there
I started with wireframes for the enrollment flow and plan-selection screens, then designed the full responsive application — landing page, plan selection, medical selection, and supporting materials like the employee user manual — before prototyping the complete experience.
What shipped
A responsive benefits enrollment application that walks employees through Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental Health plan selection, with full plan detail available at every step.
